Wellness Tools I Personally Use and Recommend

This page is a curated collection of wellness tools I use in my own life and regularly recommend to clients.


As a nurse, coach, and somatic healing practitioner, I am selective about what I share. These are not just quick fixes. They are supportive tools that help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create consistency in daily self-care.

Nervous System Support and Down-Regulation

This is one of the simplest ways I support nervous system down-regulation, especially at night.  This is one of my go-to tools for gentle fascia release. I like it because it supports the muscles alongside the spine without putting pressure directly on it. I use it for upper back tension, hips, calves, and feet, especially on days when my body feels tight or overstimulated.

Nutra Champs Super Greens

 This is the greens powder I consistently come back to. I use it on mornings when nutrition feels off or when I want something easy that supports digestion and energy without feeling heavy. It blends easily and is simple to stay consistent with.
