The Springs mindful quest is a safe and supportive space where kids ages 9–13 can explore mindfulness in fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ways. Through movement, breathing, creativity, and group sharing, kids learn practical tools to calm their minds, manage stress, and build confidence. Sessions are 1 hour, and we will meet over 6 sessions.
Preteens today are navigating big changes…emotionally, socially, and academically.
Mindfulness gives them healthy ways to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Build emotional awareness
• Strengthen focus and resilience
• Boost confidence and self-compassion
• Develop lifelong coping skills
Each 60-minute class combines gentle movement, breathwork, creativity, and group sharing in a fun, supportive way. Kids build a ‘Mindful Quest Toolbox’ they can use in everyday life.
• Greater sense of calm and inner peace
• Improved focus and emotional regulation
• Stronger sense of connection to themselves and others
• A foundation of resilience to carry into their teen years

Investment: 120.00 for all 6 sessions.
Drop in may be available 25.00 for each session.

As a mom of 4, Nana, and wellness guide, I know firsthand how important it is for kids to have tools to manage stress, big emotions, and the challenges of growing up. I have older children out of the home and my youngest is a 9-year-old daughter. I also have a 12-year-old granddaughter, and a 3-year-old grandson and they inspire me every day to share the gift of mindfulness with the next generation. 💕 I bring over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, along with my work as a Somatic Healing Practitioner, Empowerment Coach, and Nervous System Support Specialist. My passion is helping people of all ages discover practical ways to feel calm, confident, and connected.
Through Springs Mindful Quest Kidz, I weave together my professional background and personal heart for teaching to create a safe, playful, and engaging space for children. This work matters because when kids learn to regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and practice self-awareness early, they carry those skills for life. 🌸
