The Springs mindful quest is a safe and supportive space where kids can explore mindfulness in fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ways. Through movement, breathing, creativity, and group sharing, kids learn practical tools to calm their minds, manage stress, and build confidence.
kids today are navigating big changes…emotionally, socially, and academically.
Mindfulness gives them healthy ways to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Build emotional awareness
• Strengthen focus and resilience
• Boost confidence and self-compassion
• Develop lifelong coping skills
• Greater sense of calm and inner peace
• Improved focus and emotional regulation
• Stronger sense of connection to themselves and others
• A foundation of resilience to carry into their teen years

Give your child a calm, supportive space to reset after the holidays and step into the new year feeling grounded and confident.
In this 90-minute Springs Mindful Kids workshop, we will explore simple tools for emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-expression in a fun, age-appropriate way. This is a drop-off workshop, so parents can use the time for errands, a quiet moment to themselves, or to catch up on work while we take great care of their kids in a nurturing, supervised setting.
What We Will Work On:
Your child will leave with practical tools they can use at home, at school, and in activities when they feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves.
What They Will Bring Home:
I am the owner and creator of The Springs Wellness Center, which opens in Spring 2026. As a mom of 4, Nana, and wellness guide, I know firsthand how important it is for kids to have tools to manage stress, big emotions, and the challenges of growing up. I have older children out of the home and my youngest is a 9-year-old daughter. I also have a 12-year-old granddaughter, and a 3-year-old grandson and they inspire me every day to share the gift of mindfulness with the next generation. 💕
I bring over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, along with my work as a Somatic Healing Practitioner, Empowerment Coach, and Nervous System Support Specialist. My passion is helping people of all ages discover practical ways to feel calm, confident, and connected.
Through Springs Mindful Quest Kidz, I weave together my professional background and personal heart for teaching to create a safe, playful, and engaging space for children. This work matters because when kids learn to regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and practice self-awareness early, they carry those skills for life. 🌸
