If stress, burnout, or weight resistance have left you feeling disconnected from your body, your nervous system has probably been adapting to prolonged demand, and it may be asking for support. Healing here is not about fixing yourself. It is about restoring safety, capacity, and connection so that change can happen in a way that lasts.

Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation can impact energy, mood, digestion, sleep, hormones, and weight. Many people continue pushing through without realizing their body is operating in survival mode.
At The Springs Wellness Center, we address the root causes of imbalance by supporting the nervous system first. When the body feels safe, healing becomes possible.
You feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, even though you are doing your best to take care of yourself.

My work integrates nervous system education, somatic healing, integrative nutrition, and energy work to support long-term regulation and resilience. Each element is trauma-informed and designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.
The Focus is not on pushing change, but on creating the internal conditions that allow change to occur naturally.
Each modality is used as part of a whole-body approach, focused on regulation and long-term health rather than symptom management alone.
Hi, I’m Trisha. I’m a registered nurse, empowerment coach, integrative health and holistic weight loss coach, somatic healing practitioner, Reiki master, yoga teacher, and retreat leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare.
Through my clinical work and personal practice, I have seen firsthand how chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation affect physical health, metabolism, and emotional well-being. I have also seen how these patterns quietly limit success in other areas of life, including relationships, career growth, confidence, and the ability to follow through on meaningful goals.
My work bridges clinical knowledge with somatic and energetic healing to help clients move out of survival mode and into grounded, empowered living. Healing here is practical, embodied, and sustainable. The focus is not only on feeling better, but on expanding capacity so life, health, and success feel more attainable and supported from the inside out.
