I am an Intuitive Empowerment and Success Coach, Energy Healer/Reiki Master, Certified Somatic Healing Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher. My passion is helping women break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with their inner power, and embrace the fullest, most radiant version of themselves.

Throughout my own journey, I’ve faced challenges that tested my strength and forced me to confront deeply ingrained patterns and beliefs. From overcoming self-doubt to navigating the weight of inherited trauma, I’ve walked the path of healing and expansion that I now guide others through. These experiences shaped me, leading me to discover holistic tools and practices that transformed my life—and ultimately, my purpose.

Today, I combine years of expertise in somatic healing, energy work, and intuitive coaching to empower women to reclaim their authentic selves. I believe that true healing comes from within, and my mission is to help you uncover that healing power—allowing you to release fear, shed outdated narratives, and step fully into your light.

In addition to coaching and healing sessions, I host women’s retreats that create transformative, supportive spaces for connection, growth, and renewal. These retreats are designed to help you step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and tap into the divine feminine energy that fuels your potential.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to feel stuck, to feel less than, and to wonder if things will ever truly change. I also know the freedom, joy, and strength that come with breaking through those barriers. My purpose is to guide you toward your own transformation so that you, too, can live boldly, radiantly, and free.
